Events

Director of FAST Program

  • Work closely with the VP of Events for strategic planning, development and execution of RFPA events
  • Collaborate with the marketing committee for branding and promotional plans, including social media
  • Plan and coordinate all FAST program events
  • Organizes registration process for FAST-events
  • Arranges and sets up appropriate technology for event

Director of Events

  • Plan and arrange food and drinks for events
  • Organize necessary materials for all events

Events associate

  • Work closely with the VP of Events for strategic planning, development and execution of RFPA events
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events
  • Collaborate with the marketing committee for branding and promotional plans, including social media
  • Aid the FAST Program team to arrange Skill-Building Sessions

Corporate Relations

Director of External Relations

  • Prepare and create official sponsorship package with varying levels of sponsorship to attain funding
  • Maintain records or database with current and potential sponsors
  • Secure and coordinate industry professionals to speak at RFPA events
  • Network with industry professionals and gain sponsorship for events
  • Maintain professional relationships and regular communication with current and other prospective sponsors

Associate

  • Will act as a representative of RFPA and reach out to industry professionals to speak at RFPA events
  • Ability to network with industry professionals and secure sponsorship for all events
  • Assist in preparing and presenting the official sponsorship package
  • Maintain professional relationships and regular communication with current and other prospective sponsors

Marketing

Director of Marketing Administration

  • Manage and design RFPA emails blasts and news letters with consistency
  • Assist in marketing promotions through word of mouth, class room visits, Kiosk promotions, and social media promotions
  • Assist in creating and organizing marketing campaigns with the rest of the marketing committee

Marketing Manager

  • Responsible for booking the kiosk for promotional events
  • Plans and organizes all promotional events at kiosks including proper set up, materials, props and planned activities
  • Assist in marketing promotions through word of mouth, class room visits, Kiosk promotions, and social media promotions
  • Assist in creating and organizing marketing campaigns with the rest of the marketing committee

Social Media Manager

  • Create, plan and incorporate creative online content for all events and new initiatives via RFPA social media platforms
  • Responsible for prompt online communication in all platforms
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in our social media messages
  • Assist in other marketing promotions
  • Coordinate social media campaigns with the marketing committee

Graphic Designer

  • Showcase creativity through RFPA branding and promotional Designs
  • Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suites i.e Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Responsible for Designing the corporate sponsorship package and RFPA flyers
  • Producing a final layout with exact specifications for typefaces, letter size and colors in accordance to RFPA branding
  • Assist in creating and organizing marketing campaigns with the rest of the marketing committee

Photographer

  • Responsible for taking professional pictures for RFPA team
  • Attends all events and special projects to capture our events with high quality and insightful photos
  • Will be responsible for the editing and sharing of all RFPA content in a timely manner

Associate

  • Assisting where help is needed in any marketing departments
  • Helps in creating, planning and incorporating creative marketing material for all events and new initiatives
  • Assist in marketing promotions through word of mouth, class room visits, Kiosk promotions, and social media promotions
  • Assist in creating and organizing marketing campaigns with the rest of the marketing committee

Human Resources

Communication Director:

  • Create and maintain master calendar for scheduling and meetings
  • Responsible for taking minutes at all meetings
  • Sit alongside VP of Human Resources during interviews and provide any insightful input towards hiring decisions

Recruitment Manager

  • Works closely with VP in managing the hiring process and all other administrative duties
  • Assist in designing interview package
  • Sit alongside VP of Human Resources during interviews and provide any insightful input towards hiring decisions

Internal Management

  • Conducts semester performance reviews and appraisals for all VPs and associates
  • Plan and Arrange meetings with all VPs to discuss associate and director performances
  • Create and send performance reviews too all RFPA members in a timely manner
  • Sit alongside VP of Human Resources during interviews and provide any insightful input towards hiring decisions

Finance

Internal Account Manager

  • Support the Vice President of Finance
  • Manages and prepares reimbursements for all RFPA members
  • Maintain control of expenses and create effective procedures and policies for both internal and external parties seeking funds
  • Prioritize projects or expenses in accordance to available funds and maintain RFPA financial records
  • Works closely with VP of Finance to prepare annual forecasted and actual budget

External Account Manager

  • Supervises and handles sponsorship money allocated to RFPA from various entities
  • Prioritize projects or expenses in accordance to available funds
  • Maintain control of expenses and create effective procedures and policies for both internal and external parties seeking funds
  • Create and perform TRSS funding request presentations
  • Works closely with VP of Finance to prepare annual forecasted and actual budget
